How it works

We write your ads, one at a time.
Each ad includes advertising strategy/messaging and up to 5 revisions. Your order also includes 1 free A/B test ad.

You approve and pay per ad.
Once you approve an ad, you pay for it and the next ad is released. You can stop anytime — unwritten ads cost nothing.

You launch and test.
Launch the approved ad through your advertising platform and give it a fair test with enough budget to generate meaningful performance data.

Share the results.
If you're not satisfied with the performance, share the relevant campaign results with us.

We review the data and resolve it.
We review the campaign with you. Our first step is a free strategic rewrite or angle adjustment; a refund of the copy fee is at our discretion if the data shows the copy failed despite a sound offer and setup.

Need more changes?
Every order includes 5 revisions. If you request additional revisions beyond the included 5, additional revisions are available for:

Additional revisions are for requested changes beyond the included revision allowance. Reporting poor post-launch performance does not trigger a revision fee — those concerns go through the performance review described above first.
What we don't guarantee
No guarantees based on a specific ROAS, conversion rate, or revenue target.
Campaign performance depends on many factors outside our control, including:
- Audience targeting
- Advertising budget
- Bidding and campaign setup
- Offer and pricing
- Creative assets
- Landing page
- Website experience
- Tracking and attribution
- Platform algorithms
- Competition
- Market conditions
- Product or service demand
We provide advertising copy and ad-level messaging strategy. We do not manage your advertising campaigns, budgets, targeting, bidding, or platform optimization.
Important conditions
Approved and paid ads are final.
Payments for approved ads are non-refundable, except through the performance review described on this page after the ad has been tested.
Stopping early.
You can stop an order at any time. You keep the ads you've approved and paid for; ads not yet written are cancelled with no fee. Stopping early does not create a refund for ads already paid for.
The ad must be given a fair test.
The client must launch the delivered copy and provide enough campaign information (such as impressions, clicks and spend) for a meaningful review. Untested ads are not eligible.
Results must be reviewed in context.
We may consider campaign setup, budget, targeting, creative, offer, landing page, tracking, and other factors when reviewing performance.
The guarantee applies to the copy service, not the entire advertising campaign.
The guarantee does not promise a particular number of leads, sales, conversions, ROAS, revenue, or other business outcome.
Refunds are not automatic.
A poor campaign result does not automatically qualify for a refund. We review the available evidence and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Refund and usage.
If a refund is approved, the refunded copy may no longer be used commercially unless otherwise agreed in writing.
