• Account details: name, email address and password (stored securely).
• Business details: company name, website and the information you provide in your ad request.
• Order and communication history: requests, ads, revisions, approvals and messages.
• Payment references: transaction identifiers from our payment provider. We do not store card details.

We use your data to provide the service you ordered (performance of a contract), to communicate with you about your orders, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on trusted providers for website hosting and data storage, payment processing (Stripe) and transactional email. They process data only on our behalf.

We keep account and order data while your account is active and afterwards as long as required for accounting and legal purposes.
