Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Martin Marinov, trading as Convessa Ad Agency, Sofia, Bulgaria.

We write advertising copy and ad-level messaging strategy for Meta, Google, LinkedIn and Reddit.

We do not manage ad accounts, budgets, bidding, audience targeting, or campaign launch and optimization, and we do not create images, video or other creative assets. We do not guarantee any specific number of leads, sales, conversions, ROAS or revenue.

Ads in an order are delivered one at a time. Each paid ad includes up to 5 revisions before approval. Each order includes 1 additional A/B test ad at no cost, delivered after the final paid ad.

Additional revisions beyond the included 5 per ad are available at €25 per revision.

You pay for each ad after you approve it. The next ad in your order is released only after the previous approved ad has been paid for. Approving and paying for an ad means you accept it as final copy.

You may stop an order at any time. Ads you have approved and paid for remain yours. Ads that have not yet been written are cancelled with no cancellation fee, and you are not charged for them.

Payments for approved ads are non-refundable, including when an order is stopped early.

The only exception is our performance review: if you launch an approved ad, give it a fair test, and share the campaign data, we will review it with you. Our first remedy is a free strategic rewrite or angle adjustment. A refund of the copy fee is at our sole discretion where the data shows the copy failed despite a sound offer and campaign setup. If a refund is approved, the refunded copy may no longer be used commercially unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Full commercial rights to an ad transfer to you once it has been paid for. Unapproved, unpaid or refunded copy remains our property.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business, offer and claims, and for ensuring your ads comply with the policies of the platforms you advertise on. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law are not affected.
